November Disc Golf Days at Riverbend Trading Post!
We’ve got exciting news for all disc golf enthusiasts: the Riverbend Trading Post 18-hole course is open for play this November! Join us on Thursday, Nov 7th, Friday, Nov 8th, and Saturday, Nov 9th from dawn till dusk to experience one of Saskatchewan's most scenic and challenging courses! Give us a call at 1-866-266-5306 and let us know an approximate time you are coming out, and how many players, the gates will be open! As a note, we are on Alberta time since November 3rd, 2024, and the course is still work in progress, so we appreciate your understanding.
Special November Rates
• PDGA Members: Play for free on these dates!
• Non-Members: Just $5 per round or for the day (e-transfer to RiverbendTradingPostLtd@gmail.com).
• Annual Pass Holders: Your pass is valid until Dec 31, 2025, so come enjoy!
Our 18-basket course is packed with elevation, technical challenges, and tight wooded fairways among some majestic, 200-year-old trees. The recently cut and mulched fairways are primed for a memorable round, complete with a few par 4s and endless scenic views. Be ready for a bit of a hike—bring water, snacks and prepare to be amazed!
Helpful Tips for Your Visit
• Cell service drops as soon as you descend into the campground, so we recommend loading UDisc, taking a screenshot of the course map, and checking it before you head in.
• Park in the grassy lot just past the pumpjack basket and look for the Canada flag—Hole 1 begins right there in the woods!
Course Updates
• We have our signage, and vinyl numbers for the baskets to install in Spring of 2025, along with ongoing work on tee pads and additional fairway creation. Hole 5 is in development, and we’re also preparing for thistle and weed control this fall, with grass seeding in the spring.
• Washroom, there is a Porta Potty at the Sunflower Garden available over these three days.
• Pack it in, pack it out: Please help keep the course beautiful by taking your trash with you.

Exciting Announcement - PDGA Sponsored!
Great News!! We’re keeping our gates open from dawn to dusk for disc golf players to enjoy the course until the snow falls! 
Just a heads-up: we’ve ordered vinyl numbers for the 18 baskets and additional signage to help guide you to the next tees. The course is ready for play, but we’re excited for even more improvements in the spring/summer, like widened fairways, leveled tee pads, and new signage for the main entrance and the tees. 
So come on out, enjoy the game, and let us know what you think! The fall weather is looking great! 
Please note: Riverbend Trading Post is on private property, and there is an entry fee to play to allow you access to the property.
If an annual pass isn’t for you, no worries! You can “Pay Before You Play” with a fee of $10/round or $15/day per player. Payments can be made via e-transfer to riverbendtradingpostltd@gmail.com (please include your name, phone number, and vehicle type for verification).
Early Bird Annual Pass Special: Want to play through both 2024 and 2025? Grab your Early Bird Annual Pass for just $80 before December 31, 2024! After that, the price will increase to $100, so don’t miss out on this deal. Simply e-transfer your payment to:
